Real estate has been a passion of mine since making my first investment over a decade ago: As a property investor, I have built a portfolio of 20+ units and am always looking for the next great deal. In the years since purchasing that first investment property, I've immersed myself in every aspect of this industry, gaining firsthand experience and invaluable mentorship along the way. Working with one of the largest privately held ownership groups in Minnesota, I oversaw roughly 400 new construction units across four years. From that experience in addition to purchasing my own homes (both owner-occupied and investment), I’ve realized that the Twin Cities real estate market needs a fresh, modern approach.
