About Brian Hauke

Brian Hauke is the Broker of Record for Doro Real Estate and brings more than a decade of experience across real estate, private equity, and hospitality. Over the past 10 years, Brian has brokered numerous multifamily and commercial transactions, including multiple successful 1031 exchanges. He has also worked with a private equity group assembling and aggregating like assets for sale to institutional investors. This experience gives him a strong command of asset optimization, portfolio strategy, and the institutional acquisition process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Brian spent over a decade in the hospitality industry as a chef, working with well-known restaurants and restaurant groups. He has been involved in opening several restaurants and understands firsthand the operational, financial, and real estate considerations behind successful hospitality ventures.
