If there's one thing I strive for in residential real estate, it's to ensure every client I represent is, by far, the most educated—and perhaps the most caffeinated—in the market. From deciphering the nuances of fine local cold brews to unraveling the complexities of the home-buying process, I'm here to keep you informed, confident, and maybe even entertained throughout this journey. Buying or selling a home is a significant milestone, and I firmly believe that empowered, well-informed clients are the least stressed and the most successful.
Since 2017, I've proudly represented clients in more than 300 transactions, ranging from cozy condos and starter homes to upscale move-up homes and multi-family investment properties. Regardless of your goals, I promise to bring hustle, clear communication, and a touch of fun to the process. I live by the mantra: "Take your work seriously, but don't take yourself too seriously." Experience has taught me that the craft of real estate can be pursued with uncompromising attention to detail and unwavering effort behind the scenes, all while embracing the lightheartedness and levity needed to navigate unexpected challenges.
When I'm not helping people buy and sell homes, you might find me at First Avenue catching live music, scouring the Midwest for the best bed-and-breakfasts, or writing music as a pianist and drummer in local bands. I live in a 1950s rambler in the Hale neighborhood of South Minneapolis with my partner, Lena, and her two children—my wonderful "Bonus Kids." And through it all, I do my absolute best to keep the lights on at a number of Twin Cities coffee shops.
